I made several of these calendars for my husband's Nanny this past year for Christmas. They are so cute that I wish I had made an extra one for myself :) Just in case you are wondering, I got the original idea from SCS. Of course, I had to change it up a bit to make it more me-like!

Congrats on the new blog and welcome to the SCAL users group! You are right--everyone is generous--with their tips, hints and file sharing. I am Scraphappy7, picked because I love paper, fabric and yarns and I never throw anything away! I love your scraproom. Can it always be this tidy??? Cute calendars and great job on the owl card.
